Sunroom Flora & Fauna is a floral studio that creates arrangements and pieces for all occasions. They focus on working ethically, sustainably, and compassionately. Along with their normal florist services, they hold space for a Build-Your-Own Bouquet bar for their patrons to partake in. Sunroom believes floral arranging can be a form of self-care and therapy. Creating spaces that encourage the care and love for oneself is the mission of Sunroom Flora & Fauna. The ability to balance care for oneself and others does not always come easily, but is necessary in order to be able to continue the acts of compassion for both. Empathy is a skill that can eventually overwhelm to the point of depletion. Being able to put the act of care into the tangible experience of bouquet building reminds people of the necessary, possibly messy, and diligent process that is needed to care for themselves. Once understanding of the care needed for themselves, they can better understand the care needed for others.
